The WIN INQUIRY program doesn’t need any additional installation process. Perform it after selecting the program.
The Samsung has been supporting the two download methods of the latest firmware, firmware LiveUpdate and manual.
When an application developed by Samsung has been installed on a customer’s PC, it upgrades the firmware automatically.
It is not a download method using Firmware LiveUpdate but it is an upgrading by users who directly download Firmware provided by this company for downloading.
When performing manual download method, upgrade it by selecting and downloading the proper firmware. Download the latest firmware with the steps shown in below.
